Allied Resources, Inc.

We are an independent oil and natural gas producer involved in the exploration, development, production and sale of oil and gas derived from properties located in Calhoun and Ritchie Counties, West Virginia, and Goliad, Edwards and Jackson Counties, Texas. We currently realize production from a total of 158 wells with non-operating working interests ranging from 3% to 75%.

Our stock is quoted on the OTC Pink Sheets under the symbol “ALOD”.

We began operations in 1979 in West Virginia and have recently begun to expand operations with the acquisition of interests in several leases in Texas. We are now moving forward with an intention to make additional aquisitions.

Officers and Directors

Ruairidh Campbell

On June 6, 1998 Ruairidh was first elected as a director and subsequently appointed as an officer of Allied. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in History and then from the University of Utah College of Law with a Juris Doctorate with an emphasis in corporate law, securities and natural resources. Ruairidh has been an officer and director of several other public companies, including an oil and gas production company.

Ed Haidenthaller

On September 23, 2004 Ed was first elected as a director of Allied. He graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and then from the University of Utah with a Masters of Business Administration. Ed is actively involved in the financial services industry, now employed with Jefferson Wells International, a multi-national firm specializing in internal audit, tax compliance, financial operations support, and technology risk management.

Paul Crow

On January 17, 2005 Paul was appointed as a director of Allied and on January 6, 2006 as secretary. He graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Paul's prior experience includes work as a business consultant,library supervisor, and now operates his own Edgar preparation and filing business working with private and public businesses to provide general consulting services related to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and other Securities and Exchange Commission disclosure requirements.
